Cowboy Drifters Reservation & Cancellation Policy
RESERVATIONS:
At Cowboy Drifters we enjoy speaking with our clients before setting up your trip. We do not have an online booking system. We prefer conversation to learn about the goals and expectations of our anglers and place you with the best possible guide for your skill levels and personalities.
For inquiries on availability, please call or email to let us know when you would like to book your North Platte Fly Fishing trip. Please call to hold a reservation, as we require a 50% deposit on a credit card. The balance is not processed until the time of your trip. If final payment is to be made by credit card, please bring the card so we may swipe it at check out.
* Cowboy Drifters accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
PAYMENT POLICY:
You are expected to pay your final bill at the time of your trip based on any adjustments made to float or wade trips or lodging options altered between booking and check out.
*Cowboy Drifters reserves the right to add an additional 3% processing fee if you do not present your card to swipe at checkout.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cowboy Drifters has a 30 day trip cancellation policy for a full refund of your 50% deposit. Inside the 30 day period from the date of your scheduled trip, deposits are non-refundable, and that deposit will be held for 6 months to reschedule.
Cancellations made two weeks (14 days) or less prior to the first day of your trip deposits are non refundable and not redeemable for a future trip.
Cowboy Drifters guided trips go out rain, snow, wind or shine. Cowboy Drifters reserves the right to make final decisions for cancellations based on weather, water and safety conditions. If we cancel your trip, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date that is mutually accepted.
NO SHOW POLICY:
If you are running late, please make every effort to contact us by phone immediately so we may communicate with your guides. The guides will wait for one hour after the scheduled trip time. If you do not show up for your scheduled trip, you do not qualify for a refund of the 50% deposit. A cancellation fee goes to the contracted guides and the deposit is not eligible for use on a future trip.
