1. We will make it right if we didn’t the first time.
If you’re not satisfied with the overall experience we provide, we will give you a second trip at no charge. Simply let us know why you are not satisfied, and if we agree the reasons are reasonable, we ask for a second opportunity to make it right at no charge. If you’re still not satisfied, we will give you your money back.
2. We will treat you with courtesy and respect.
Our guides will display courstesy and respect to you throughout the course of a day. They will be trained and equipped to provide you a quality North Platte fly fishing experience. Our staff will be courteous and knowledgeable when you contact us and if they can’t answer a question for you, they will find the correct answer and get back to you within 24 hours.
3. We will answer your questions at your convenience during business hours.

Following a guided trip or stay at one of our cabins, if we did not satisfactorily complete services we agreed to provide, we will work with you to make it right.
6. We will schedule Guided trips at your convenience and be mindful of your time.
As a courtesy, we will call you 24 hours in advance of a guided trip you have with scheduled with us.
